Ok people, we have progress. We started from scratch, and now we have semi solid engine. It is very limitied in features, but no bugs. We will be needing testers shortly, so MSN ME, Jon has alot of people that msn constantly. Anyway, ya; look here for updates.

Right guys, as of yesterday Ruck and I had a very heavy MSN discussion and have concluded that after todays release, Pokemon Linked needs to be reprogrammed, yes, again. This is the 3rd time of starting again and Ruck and I have become much more experienced and have learnt from our mistakes.

The end result will be a few weeks sacrificed -- Ruck and myself have agreed to focus whole-heartedly on Pokemon Linked for as long as we can, and we think we can re-do everything faster then before (note, this does not mean that it will not be hard and time consuming - don't expect instant programming) -- for a smoother, less buggy (actually none, we hope), faster, and overall more visually appealing game. We will be fully merging the engines together and adding nicer graphical polishes.

We'll try to keep you posted, and after todays activity in the chatbox, we'll probably leak info when we see you all. Please keep the forum slightly active because all major updates will be posted here and we don't want anyone to miss out.
Thanks for your continuing support, we really do appreciate it.

Yes, we didn't feel that that what we released was our best work. We have made many mistakes, so restarting we can completely bypass them. A smoother, faster, and overall more professional engine will be released. We appologise for the extra time, but we think it necessary. Thanks! :)

Sorry for lack of posts. Briefly, we've got almost what we had covered on the movement engine done, we've sent out a few prototypes recently. Menu's been redone by Ruck -- well he's done almost all of the main file currently, including maps -- with suggestions by our new mod Devin taken into account. Already a few minor spriting issues have been fixed to bring the main movement engine closer to the original series.
