I r a Captain Ruck edit! I will be posting the completion progress next to each system.That's right! We will finally be releasing a public beta. You do not need to be an alpha tester to play! This beta will include the following additions:
1) A first glance at the redesigned chat system! (This holds a very unique surprise...
)
2) A slew of new maps to explore! Including 5 routes, 3 towns, lots of houses, and a "secret" room. (Can YOU find it?)
3) A Pokedex! (100% Complete)
4) A functional party system. (View Pokemon stats, switch their positions, add/remove their held items, etc)
5) PC Box! Deposit and withdraw Pokemon from your PC. 14 rename-able boxes, holding 30 Pokemon each)
6) Shopping! We will be adding Marts to the game.
7) A few updates to the basic movement system such as Fishing whilst Surfing.
If you weren't one of the lucky few Alpha testers, here are the main things included that they got to see:
1) Functional movement system consisting of: Biking, Running, Fishing and Surfing.
2) A functional main menu consisting of a working bag.
3) Trainer cards. (Exclusive to a few Alpha testers. The public beta will include these as well.)
4) A dialog engine. (Which has been completely rewritten from scratch)
5) 1 town and 1 route.
6) Weather system consisting of rain, sand, snow, and wind.
7) Non walking NPC's.
Still, the battle system will NOT be included. We will be adding this as quickly as possible after this release. Thank you for your patience and support!
