Today marks the day I sat down and started programming Pokemon Linked. Much has happened since then, the game has been started from scratch again and so has the server, but by far the most important thing in the history of Pokemon Linked was Ruck joining me, I can't imagine how badly I was programming the game before that. About 5 demos came out before the remake, hosted by fireblade - much thanks there, only a few retro players would remember it.
But now is the surprise that we've been promising you all, something totally original in a game. We are not ready to release it at the moment as it has a fair few bugs (although rest assumed, it is going through beta-testing at this moment), but here is what it is:
A new forum, in-game!!Is this forum not good enough? This will open up many possibilities - the wish point system will be built into posting. You will be able to visit your nearest PokeCenter and log in to a PC and get access to the forum.
Will this forum remain here? Yes, it serves its purpose very well and we will be basing our in-game forum off this.
