Gimp 2.2 there was a 1000 brush pack, downloaded it and DONE, fixed up some transparent, colors and all that and just formed them into something.

if your going to ask for something about making something for pl, sorry but man i just suck at that pixelish stuff, like if im drawing a pikachu, i start with the head and his ears are like... weird... and i userally give up when i see the starting failure. lol
