No, you may not. And since I've actually seen spam topics suggested on other forums, I'm going to say that since S.P.A.M. stands for Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages, any topic designated specifically for spam would be stupid, pointless, and/or annoying. Spam is never a good thing, so it should be roundly discouraged.

I'm not lecturing you in particular, Appleslaps, just taking an opportunity.
